These trees originated from seed taken from a “Heritage” Birch
which have more uniform growth habits and holds it’s foliage
better during drought conditions.This tree grows quickly to a
maximum height of 40 to 60 feet tall. The River Birch has
stunning yellow Fall color. The River Birch is deciduous and
often grows into a multi-trunked tree. Prefers moist soils.Has
beautiful exfoliating bark.Grows best in zones: 5 - 9
